Services I offer

Below are some examples of the type of work that I currently offer. These are just some examples, so please do get in touch to discuss what you are after

Flexible Packages for Schools

If you aren’t sure what you need the time for yet, you can buy a package of days that we can plan over the course of a year.

Packages cost between £550-600 per day depending on number of days purchased

Schools have used this time in the past flexibly to meet the needs as they arise within school. Some examples of recent work include:

-Assessment and Consultation

-VIG interventions for parents/staff and children

-Training

-Supervision and cohort support

-Interventions (group or individual)

I have limited availability for one-off assessments and one off interventions as most of my time is allocated to school based work. However, please do get in touch and discuss what you need.

For individual assessments I charge £600 per day. For a full EHC needs assessment (or similar style of report) this requires two days work.

Mental Health and Wellbeing support

I can offer packages of supervision for staff or clinical supervision for Educational Psychologists. Please enquire for costs.

Narrative Therapy sessions are charged at £100 per session

Mindfulness Courses that are commissioned by schools will be charged at the following rates:

Paws b (8 weeks) £500

Dots (30 weeks) £1100

I am able to offer VIG interventions to support parents and young people (or staff and young people) to strengthen their relationships. VIG is an evidence based, NICE recommended programme that builds up interactions and relationships with the use of video. VIG costs will be determined on a case by case basis.

Training can be commissioned by schools or multi-academy trusts. If I am running a training course (such as ELSA) I will also advertise it on my website. Training costs will depend on the length, type and also delegates.

FAQs

  • The best way to do this is to use the contact form on my website, or to email me. Please be aware that my diary does fill up quickly and I currently do not operate a waiting list.

I will ensure to respond to your request even if I cannot support at this time.

  • I will respond to you within 5 working days. If I have capacity and can support then we can begin to arrange this. If I am not able to support I can offer signposting. I may also request a phone call to gather some more information

If you do commission some time or work from me, I will send you a copy of my terms and conditions to sign and we will set a date to begin

  • Generally (with parental consent) an assessment will involve any combination of the below:

    -Parent/carer consultation

    -School consultation

    -Observation

    -Individual assessment

    -Data collection

  • If you have commissioned a full assessment and report, this will be provided to you within 4 calender weeks from the last point of contact. Once I provide the report, I ask carer/parents and school to alert me to any mistakes within the report within a week so that I can update the report.

  • Please see above for my services. I offer a range of work including narrative therapy, clinical supervision, ELSA training, general school training and VIG (Video Interaction Guidance)

  • As tribunals generally require a high level of input I do not often have capacity to support.

However, there are times where I do have space so it is always helpful to get in touch. At times I have supported through assessment and report when I could not attend the tribunal

*Please note that I cannot undertake tribunal work within Kent County Council
